Purpose of the role:
The role of SAP Materials Management Support Manager & Project Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and support of the SAP Materials Management system within St. James’s Hospital. This role also extends where appropriate to Tallaght University Hospital who share the SJH SAP Client. This business process owners role is critical to ensure that implementation is practical and effective in operational terms while delivering the optimal business benefits to the organisation in relation to materials management. SAP support and development can be broadly subdivided into two main categories: operational support for routine activities and strategic support for identification of business process improvement and change management.
