About us: St James’s Hospital is Ireland’s largest acute academic teaching hospital and is based in Dublin’s south inner city. Our fundamental purpose is the delivery of health treatment, care and diagnosis as well as health promotion and preventative services at local, regional and national levels. Our academic partner is Trinity College Dublin.
Purpose of the role: The post holder will work as part of the multidisciplinary team, establishing and maintaining good working relationships aimed at delivering a high standard of care to patients within St James’s Hospital. The post holder is responsible for managing the care of patients and the needs of their families, ensuring quality is maintained throughout their journey through the Endoscopy Unit. The post holder is required to develop additional clinical skills specific to the area of appointment.
